Heirloom Wedding Gowns

An heirloom item is passed down from one generation to another. This has so much sentimentality when it is a wedding gown. Fatima specializes in altering and remaking heirloom wedding gowns. No matter how outdated or out of style it may be, it can be turned into something you love now. Take a look at a few examples of some of the work she has done.

This was her mother’s dress from 1984. Yes, that is the same dress!

This was her aunt’s dress from the 90’s. As you can see, it was swimming on her and decked out in true 90’s fashion. Fatima was able to get it to fit in a sleek and simple way, just as the bride wanted.

This dress was reshaped to fit her in a more modern style. Fatima customized it with the champagne appliques and a lot of hand beading.

This was her mother’s dress from 1985. We also altered the crown on her head. It was her grandmother’s from the 1950’s.
